This policy applies to visitors of join.guidegeniemap.com (the “Site”). In short: the Site is an introductory landing page that collects no marketing or analytics data and only processes what is strictly necessary for operation.

2 Data we process
Server logs: when you visit, the Site’s server may record your IP address, the time of the visit, your browser type and the page viewed, for technical reasons. Legal basis: the Controller’s legitimate interest (secure operation of the Site).
Consent storage: your acceptance of the consent popup is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) — this stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Fonts (Google Fonts): the Site loads fonts from Google’s servers, during which your IP address is transferred to Google Ireland Ltd. Details: Google Privacy Policy.
3 Cookies
The Site uses no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. Only technical storage strictly necessary for operation takes place (for example remembering your consent).
4 Processors and recipients
Hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus).
Font service: Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
5 Retention
Server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days and are then deleted automatically. The consent setting is stored by your own browser; you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
6 Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise your right to data portability. Send your request to hello@digitalcarestudio.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
7 Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (in Hungary: NAIH — naih.hu), and you may also enforce your rights before a court.
8 Changes to this policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
